Deadline for delivery of the subject of procurement – Deadline for delivery of the subject of procurement shall be divided into two stages: Stage 1 – submission of design documentation within 60 calendar days after the contract enters into force (including forensics service); The purchaser shall provide written comments (in case of their existence). The revised and amended design shall be provided within 1 month after written notice.
Deadline for design and construction works to be completed - according to the calendar plan-schedule, within 420 calendar days after the contract enters into force.
